GPX and Strava

Upload a GPX activity

1. Sign in at strava.com.
2. Click the plus icon → “Upload activity” → “File”.
3. Choose the GPX (FIT and TCX also work).
4. Add title and sport, then save.

Strava only accepts activity files with timestamps.

Export an activity as GPX

Open the activity, click the three-dot menu and choose “Export GPX”.

Protect your privacy

Before sharing, remove timestamps and add a privacy zone with the GPX editor.
